232 Tariff Questionnaire
The United States currently imposes additional duties on certain aluminum, steel, and copper derivative articles under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962. These duties can significantly affect landed cost and entry processing. The 232 Tariff Questionnaire is designed to collect the specific data points we need to determine whether your goods fall within the scope of a Section 232 proclamation. This includes, but is not limited to, the country of melt and pour, material composition, applicable Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) subheading(s), and any approved product exclusion or exemption reference numbers.
*This must be completed and returned with every shipment that contains aluminum, steel, copper, or derivative articles of these metals.
USMCA Certificate of Origin
The United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) allows for reduced or eliminated duties on qualifying goods traded among the three member countries. To claim this preferential treatment, 51视频 must possess a valid certification of origin at the time of import. We have provided a USMCA Certificate of Origin template on the vendor portal that meets the minimum data requirements under the USMCA Implementing Regulations.?

Country of Origin Template
U.S. law requires that all imported goods be accurately marked with their country of origin, and 51视频 is obligated to report origin data in its customs filings. Beyond our obligations as a U.S. exporter, our Mexican subsidiary also relies on country-of-origin data to support its import declarations and to comply with Mexican customs marking and verification requirements. The Country of Origin Template below consolidates both sets of requirements into a single document, so you only need to provide this information once per shipment.

The F350 form captures the export classification and tariff information that 51视频 requires for both outbound U.S. export filings and inbound import declarations by our Mexican subsidiary. The form asks you to provide the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for your goods — or to confirm that they are classified as EAR99 — along with the applicable HTS and Schedule B numbers.

RMS F-35 Hazardous Materials
The RMS F-35 Environmental Safety and Health team uses a Hazardous Material Declaration Form (FWP5311) to ensure that all equipment has been reviewed for the presence of any JSF Banned or Restricted Materials.?
